Dev channel update to 81.0.410.1 is live

This is not limited to this build, but read-aloud causes random text rendering glitches on my system:
I'm reading alot of fanfiction on fanfiction.net, where the pages are nothing BUT text...so I'll see...at least 30 separate instances of this happening during the course of a typical session(which for me is hours' long).
