MicrosoftDev channel update to 81.0.410.1 is live
Issue, when after installing this update my Favorites bar had many duplicates.. see photo below.... Also, links that I had set to "show icon only" were changed to show both, icon and text/label.... Sending an "x-Mr. Smiley" on the issue as well...

MicrosoftDennis5mile we're still trying to track down cases of duplicating favorites, so I'll make sure the sync team is aware. Also, I guess I assume this is a sync issue, and that you have multiple devices?
- Yes, I do have multiple devices and they all have the same exact links/folders on the fav bar, though one device may have a new link within one of the folders on the fav bar...
And speaking of folders on the fav bar, are we ever going to have the ability to show icon only for folders on the fav bar???

Dennis5mile I feel like this would be really confusing without also adding the ability to customize folders since websites at least have their favicons that make them all differ, or if you only have a single folder. I'm curious how many other people would find this useful now though!
- Well, in old Edge, all you had to do was hover your mouse over the folder and the name of it would show. Right now I have 17 folders on my Fav Bar and because I can not hide the name, it makes for a very, very long bar..... lol

Why has this text not been translated to English as that is my language of choice.
Also, why when I select/highlight the text and right click it to bring up the right click context menu there is NO "translate selected text" or just simply "translate"
This is in Canary Version 81.0.416.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)

It's a forum thing.
the forum auto translates posts and comments that are not in your language but sometimes it takes time
- Yeah, I see that message, but it still does not explain why "translate" is not on the right click context menu. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it should be when you select/highlight text that is in a different language than that of what you have as your default language..... That was one of the great features of the old edge.
