After update to this build, I encounter many website with this error:

the message is obvious though, that website is using an older version of TLS, probably ver 1.1 or 1, anything lower than 1.3

interesting this is, Firefox has also started giving me similar messages

    A browser can allow it, yes, Firefox does, but not sure about Microsoft Edge. a developer with more knowledge than me should response

Josh, FYI, if this is a bug it is not hitting all Users. I, for one, am getting no error sites* or seeing any breakage in any Channel... * at least, not on any site I visit or have viewed/opened.

Seeing the same issue. Dev (81.0.381.0) and Canary (81.0.387.0) is broken. Beta (79.0.309.60) works.

For me, all 3 work.

  That's because of CFRs, it's normal.
