It's good to have that but then you will lose the ability to do company searches and awesome Microsoft rewards for gift cards, Surface Pros, HoloLens experiences, WMR, Xbox One X contest, Xbox Gold and more. I say it's worth sticking with Bing, search results are similar to Google anyways. 🙂 jraff

"Bing, search results are similar to Google anyways." If not often even better. REALLY discovering Bing can be really delightful.

Most of the time, when I want a quick answer to my question, Google does it better.
instead of going to a website to find my answer, simply by typing my question, Google shows the answer at top.
Bing does this too of course but a lot less often.
Bing has lots of ads, usually the first 4-5 results of my searches are ads that are unrelated.
I even had an experience when I searched to download Microsoft Edge insider and I got an add at the very top of the page saying download Google chrome. lol
Bing also is annoying with their safe searches. they categorize some ridiculous words and phrases as unsafe.

Drew1903 Oh true. I should have just said that instead of beating around the bush. I honestly, I think Bing results are better and there are fewer ad results before you get to the real search results compared to Google. Even when I talk about searching something up I am counter-cultural by not saying "I googled ________." Instead, I say, "I searched ________."

Yes, to be linguistically correct the verb is search, not a brand or (in this case) a search engine name.
You are very right about ads at the top in google. If you are interested, there is, also, Bing Insiders. We meet monthly via Microsoft Teams. I wish the NTP was, actually, Bing; not, just using Bing as its search engine, but, actually, the Bing home page, Bing.com.
