Dev channel update to 80.0.361.5 is live

sdmmr I figured out why other people weren't seeing this issue: you have to try to save the page multiple times. The first time, when you select "Webpage, Single File", it remembers that selection. So, the next time, it puts that as the default in the dropdown. However, the suggested name of the file appears to be hardcoded to be ".html", regardless of what the setting of the dropdown is. I'll open a bug!
