that looks like a network problem.

Try disabling your extensions

and clear browser data: edge://settings/clearBrowserData

HotCakeX No network problem! Chrome, Firefox and Opera works fine on the same computer.
The problem is related to network certificates and Token Bibdings (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Token_Binding), HTTP sites opens fine.

1. how do you know That is the problem?
2. in the Wikipedia page that you mentioned, it says only Edge classic supports it, so Edge insider doesn't even support it. then how can it be causing problem?
