welzewool can you try it in either Edge Canary or Chrome Canary (or ideally both?) That would help us narrow it down to a problem in the product vs. a problem in your environment.

welzewool now that I'm back from the holidays and we've had a few more Canaries put out since then, are you still having problems with this? The fact that it worked for you in Chrome Canary when you checked makes me expect that this should be fixed in our Canary now as well, but let me know if that's not the case.

Hi,
that looks like a network problem.
Try disabling your extensions
and clear browser data: edge://settings/clearBrowserData

HotCakeX No network problem! Chrome, Firefox and Opera works fine on the same computer.
The problem is related to network certificates and Token Bibdings (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Token_Binding), HTTP sites opens fine.- HotCakeXDec 19, 2019MVP

2. in the Wikipedia page that you mentioned, it says only Edge classic supports it, so Edge insider doesn't even support it. then how can it be causing problem?
