Dev channel update to 80.0.345.0 is live

Delete the User Data folder, same issue. Loaded as guest gave me the same as well.
No DNS setup and using my ISPs. Trying with VPN (just in case), same issue.
Also note: Add-ons crash on launch but I can't get into Extensions to disable them the normal method.

- And I am fixed and back in my favorite browser. Figured it was odd for it to break in the way it did, turns out I was just on a bad copy of Windows. I'll pay more attention to this in the future for sure.
