one thing is for sure, Edge support won't ask what type of content you watch, that's personal.

just curious, did they have accent when they were talking in English?

HotCakeXThanks for the reply and 'tip'   And 'Yes', he did have a heavy Middle Eastern accent, but 

when I tried to barter him down on the $500 price, he knew I was on to him and he abruptly hung up.
