Dev channel update to 80.0.320.3 is live

  • Fixed an issue where certain DRM-protected videos don’t play.

I'm NOW experiencing an issue like this when I wasn't before. Namely on sites like https://uktvplay.uktv.co.uk and https://www.channel4.com/

    Hi Jamie,

    I tried both of these sites.  Seem fine, although, I didn't, actually play a video; I'd have to register to be able.

      Yes that's right, the DRM protected content, if they have issue, only reveal while playing video

        HotCakeX today's update to .5 made another fix to Netflix (or other DRM content in general), but it's not a fix for 100% of people running into issues playing DRM video.  We think today's update will fix it for the majority of people, but if anybody is still running into issues after today, please file feedback because the remaining issue is proving quite tricky to track down!
