There are others. The one I recommend from the MS Store is Adblocker Ultimate. BUT...
If you set Tracking Prevention to Strict you will find no ad blocker is necessary (any more). I used Adblocker Ultimate w/ Edge and then, with Edge C. Now, none, at all, just using Strict & everything everywhere is as clean (ad-free) as anyone would ever want.

Setting tracking prevention to Strict Breaks websites and logins
Sometimes people do that and then a website fails to login and they wonder what is the culprit. better use an adblocker extension like ublock origin that knows what it's doing

Drew1903 but based on Strict description, some websites may not work as expected, and that confused me.

Pay that no attention, at all, ignore it. Everything I visit works just fine w/ Strict. At least I have found no negative impacts & I have been using it & no ad blocker ever since it became available. Prior to that I did use an ad blocker. No longer see a need for one... there are no ads. If this was not the case I would have gone back to using Adblocker Ultimate.
