dung_h2 we had an outage recently with our Extensions store, but it should be resolved now. If uninstalling and reinstalling the extension doesn't help, let me know or reach out to our support agents.
- DeletedNov 06, 2019This happened to me a while ago in Edge Dev, with Ublock origin. I uninstalled cleared cache and reinstalled, so might be worth a try.

There are others. The one I recommend from the MS Store is Adblocker Ultimate. BUT...
If you set Tracking Prevention to Strict you will find no ad blocker is necessary (any more). I used Adblocker Ultimate w/ Edge and then, with Edge C. Now, none, at all, just using Strict & everything everywhere is as clean (ad-free) as anyone would ever want.

Setting tracking prevention to Strict Breaks websites and logins
Sometimes people do that and then a website fails to login and they wonder what is the culprit. better use an adblocker extension like ublock origin that knows what it's doing

Drew1903 but based on Strict description, some websites may not work as expected, and that confused me.

Pay that no attention, at all, ignore it. Everything I visit works just fine w/ Strict. At least I have found no negative impacts & I have been using it & no ad blocker ever since it became available. Prior to that I did use an ad blocker. No longer see a need for one... there are no ads. If this was not the case I would have gone back to using Adblocker Ultimate.

dung_h2 I saw the same issue today after updating Edge to version 80.0.320.3, Edge offered to solve it by repairing the AdBlock extension, which basically reinstalled it.
You can try clicking on the Repair option, or you can uninstall it and reinstall it again from the Microsoft Edge Store.

Or one can use Strict & no ad blocker.

jmoralesv03 nice bro, it works now. Actually I got this issue few days ago when I was in ver 79, and also tried Repair, but not work at all. Thanks again.
- jolted131212Nov 06, 2019Brass ContributorUse uBlock Origin. Is lightweight and much better than any adblocker.

Or set the thing to Strict & don't bother with adding any ad blockers; becomes unnecessary.

Drew1903 is a big difference between trackers and ads. is recommended to use them both anti-tracking and adblock in the same time. more privacy, more secure, much faster browsing experience.
