Dev channel update to 80.0.320.3 is live
Hi Rob,
No, these issues, certainly don't affect all Users. And, not only crash & freeze free... Heck, I haven't had the jumplist issues, the Fav Bar icons returning to text or the blank white pages instead of sites, either... and that's in any Build or Channel. Maybe the computer gods & goddesses just like us ![]()

Well may you just need to disable some Addons?
On my computer it helped allready to disabled two addons
Avast Online Security and Adgaurd Werbeblocker (adgaurd adverticeblocker)
Try to disable all addons, and look if it helps or not.
If it does help then reenable addon by addon until it crashes aggain.
Well , but still interesting: the error only apears since the Edge Version 80.x
Maybe the addons need to be updated....
Edit: i also can agree that this effects the addon: Adblock (not Adblock Plus)

You may be talking to the wrong person since, I have no issues, at all. No crashes, nothing broken, everything working just fine in all 3 Channels. No hiccups, glitches or snags like those being mentioned in our Forum, recently.
There's a few features I want to see, but, that's a whole other conversation.
Ergo, I suspect you were meaning to be responding to something said by someone else, not, myself.

Wow this is so crazzy, but your totaly right D-:
i never noticed the installed versions are not UpToDate
i tought this would be manged by the browser like it was done at the beginning of Dev Edge.

Edit: Well it did not fixed the problem with these addons, but i learned something new today 🙂
- HotCakeXNov 12, 2019MVPEdge has problem auto-updating add-ons and extensions, also the "update" button in the extension page has always been broken. so to make sure, go to each extension's store page and check their versions manually. I have to do this every time..
