Dev channel update to 79.0.308.1 is live

HotCakeX I let our extensions team know about everybody here who's experiencing problems getting their extensions to update, and they've been looking into it, but I don't have anything to report right now.  

Our new tab page team has also been working on the issues there with content not appearing in the news feed, and it looks like the fix they made last week didn't fix it for everybody, so they're still investigating.  

While I'm at it, I should probably also mention that we're aware of the issue where an extra work account is being created for some users, as well as an issue where video on certain websites appears scrambled or blocky.  We hope to have fixes for them ready next week.
