On Windows 10 Enterprise 1607 LTSB (build 14393.3025) with August 2019 cumulative updates, EDGE DEV 79.0.308.1 doesn't open and crashes immidiately with no message or pop-up error window.
Previous version 79.0.301.2 opens up with no hassle.
Didn't saw any relation to that issue,
