Dev channel update to 79.0.287.2 is live
Where do I start?
Scrollbar overlay is still broken. I don't have the overlay scrollbar as I had it turned on previously and the option to turn it on is still missing.
Scrolling is broken to **bleep** again, feels like the old Edge (BAD) and the last time I had this problem I disabled "experimental smooth scrolling" or something like that and THAT flag is also missing.
Are these changes meant to be this way or typical development woes? I'm genuinely curious because I totally understand development (game developer) and things can and will go wrong, but if these changes are planned, well, I'm out.

Well, this is peculiar... I have the overlay scroll bars, just fine & without any flag.
I, still, have the smooth-scrolling flag enabled.

- alo should mention the "experimental" issue is in the most recent 80.x build. I posted in the wrong one.
- Overlay scroll bars have been an issue for the last couple builds. Some people who don’t want them have them and can’t turn them off. Others are like me.
The “smooth scroll” option is there, but just like last time we discussed it it does not fix the problem. There was another person who said it was there “experimental” scroll option and it indeed fixed it. Now that option is gone and it’s broken again.True..seen lots of people having the same problem as well. I have scrolling problem on a few websites that use infinite scrolling to load content
