WHAT??!! 1) I re-enabled all the IE Flags & still, no sign of it & 2) we aren't even supposed to have it, anymore; we were just testing it for a while... now, it's exclusively an Enterprise thing. Nor is there any mention of this in the 78.0.244.0 Announcement, the OP of this thread.
Cheers,
Drew

josh_bodner under the new "Read aloud getting better with the cloud," you mention the "Settings & more" menu. When I click the three dots I see "Settings" but not "Settings & more." Am I misunderstanding or missing something? Thanks!
- DavidGBIron Contributor
galaxytechsolutions If you hover the pointer over the three dots and read the tooltip, rather than click on it, it says 'Settings & more'.
- DavidGBIron Contributor
The right-click menus over tabs and the tab bar still say 'R eopen closed tab' instead of 'Reopen closed tab'.

josh_bodner Excellent, in the last update, there was an error that broke the searching bar, making my search results displayed in Bing instead Google...now it's fixed.
Still waiting until you can add the option to make this as our default browser, so I can get rid of Google Chrome.
- DavidGBIron ContributorCan't you do that in the computer settings? Edge Dev is offered as an option to be the default web browser in Settings>Apps>Default Apps>Web Browser in my laptop Windows 10.
- Krauser366Copper Contributor
DavidGB No, I'm currently using Windows 7. I can assure you I've been looking for that option and the only browsers that I can use as my default browser are Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

josh_bodner So glad to finally see the Share button! Will I ask too much if demand the option to always show it on the toolbar, like in the old Edge?
- SOI_7Iron ContributorIt's in the three-dots menu, below Extensions. However I've read that the team is doing an A/B testing on it so I wouldn't be surprised if someone didn't get it

SOI_7 Where is it?
Thanks- DavidGBIron Contributor
Deleted They've told us that new features are only given to some of us at first as part of a 'controlled roll-out', so their monitoring can compare performance of those with the feature with those without it. As I don't see it and at least several other people don't, this must be one of the controlled roll-out situations and we'll have to wait, probably until the next update.

SOI_7 I'm not seeing any "Share" button on Edge Dev. Where is this?
- DeletedWe lost the ability to sync to Work Accounts.
It was working fine in the last build.- josh_bodnerSilver Contributor
Deleted, AndreLengton syncing for work accounts is currently under a controlled rollout, which is why it hasn't been mentioned in the release notes yet either.
- Deletedthanks for the clarification.

Deleted The same thing happened here... In the previous version, we had a working sync for our Azure AD identities. With this update, it displays the "sync is not enabled for school or work accounts" message again... Is this intended behavior?

Hi all,
I would like to report in this new DEV release (78) two potential bugs:
1 - The Italian language has been added, but when I select it and i check "Display Edge in this language", Microsoft Edge and every setting remains in English. It seems that only the main "Bing" search page is now showed in Italian.
2 - Lastpass Extension: although the extension can be installed without issues from the Chrome Store and it works exactly like in Google Chrome, I am unable to install the binaries needed by the extension to allow it to work with my fingerprint reader (or other external 2FA devices). The binaries can be installed either from the extension itself and the official app "LastPass for WIndows", but both systems don't work and simply the binaries are considered as "not installed". I am not sure if this issue depends from Lastpass (I already contacted their support) or from Edge. It might depend from Edge as in the "Known Issues" is clearly stated that some extensions might not work properly, even when a third party app is installed on the system to enable certain functionalities. So, finger crossed to see this fixed asap 🙂
Last but not least, a request to the Edge team: Please provide asap GPO's to manage the favorites of the Browser !!! It is really needed in our organization to perform tests !
Keep up the good work!!!
EDIT: Just got a reply from the LastPass support team: "Hi, apologies, Edge does not support binary feature. Please try to use another browser to install binary component".
What? Really?? So do I have to trash my fingerprint reader? 😞
