David Rubino - I'm running Version 76.0.152.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit), but don't see an option for a dark theme that's referenced in the release notes.

      I noticed when playing around with changing Narrator voices that if one scrolled down the page while being read to the voice stuttered, skipped words as you scrolled.
