The issue of white flash in dark mode within the browser has been improved, but there are still shortcomings.
If I disable 'Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing' in Visual Effects Performance Options, there will still be white flash when opening the browser in dark mode from minimizing to maximizing, and it is very noticeable when the desktop background is black.
I have no choice but to modify the 'Choose ANGLE graphics backend' from 'Default' to 'D3D9' in 'edge://flags' to avoid white flash.
