My Bitdefender antivirus keeps blocking a connection called bzib.nelreports.net citing an expired certificate. Is this a bug or is that the case with dev builds?

Just use Microsoft Defender, you don't need 3rd party AVs.

  Bitdefender caught some malware that I had on my computer that Windows Defender missed, hence my use of it.
