Dev Channel update to 117.0.2024.1 is live

The recent Dev build has broken Nvidia RTX Super Resolution for videos. I've tried every option in the Flags under "Microsoft Video Super Resolution" to fix it, including the "Enabled with mode settings" and using the "Graphics driver enhancement" but it will not activate (tested with YouTube). The issue also exists on the current canary build. It does work on the last stable build implying the issue is not driver related, but rather a problem with Edge latest Dev/Canary builds.
Microsoft's version does in fact work, but i prefer the Nvidia RTX version in terms of quality and smoothing and use it all the time.
