SumitDhiman Facing the exact same issue today. It was fine the entire week.
Found the problem - Touch mode in Appearance Settings was set as Auto, turning it off fixed the issue.
- Thank you Sumit; it was annoying.
- For me, this setting is missing entirely on this build
