Dev Channel update to 114.0.1807.1 is live

edge261 We would like to get additional diagnostic data from the browser about this.  Please follow the steps below.

1. In the address bar, type edge://media-internals and press enter.

2. Click on the three dots menu button.

3. Go to Help and feedback.

4. Click on Send feedback.

5. In the Describe what's happening, type HEVC and AV1 are not working

6. Include your email address and make sure Allow (recommended) is selected for Send diagnostic data to Microsoft.

7. Click on Record my problem button.

8. Put a checkmark on I agree to send diagnostic data message and click on Start recording.  

9. Record the issue and then click on Stop recording.

10. Click on Save and include.

11. Go back to the edge://media-internals tab and click on Copy all to clipboard.

12. Press CTRL+C to copy.

13. Open Notepad and paste (CTRL+V) the data.

14. Save the file as media-internals.txt.

15. On the Send Feedback dialog, click on Attachments.

16. Click on Choose file to upload.

17. Attach the media-internals.txt file.

18. Click on Save and include.

19. Click on Send.
