The logo b in the upper right corner is gray，so I cannot use copilot.

If you're on Mac, that's been an issue for a while now unfortunately. Best workaround is to exit full screen and hold down Option as you click the green maximise button instead - this puffs the window up to full-screen without making it enter 'true' full-screen mode, allowing you to use the Bing button.

    The engineering team is working to enable this in full-screen mode on macOS.
