The hardware acceleration and proxy setting modules in the settings item are gone.
- They are in System and performance page.

Tenero Can you try resetting your settings and see if that solves the issue?
This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favorites, history, and saved passwords will not be cleared.
- Click on the three dots menu button.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Reset settings.
- Click on Restore settings to their default values.
- Click on Reset.
