Dev Channel update to 110.0.1556.0 is live

Eric_E the sidebar improvements are great, starting to see use cases for news sites and others that are useful at a glance. Do wish however the sidebar could be merged with the vertical tab bar, would probably also make sense to access collections from the sidebar as well.
