Although I've submitted feedback, I'm curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this issue since installing the latest Dev build. If I minimize the browser and am away from my laptop for ~15+ minutes, when I restore the browser, only the tab that I was focused on at the time of minimizing is showing. Although it isn't related, I don't use sleeping tabs.
I discovered that if I open a new tab (for example, Bing from the Favorites Bar), the "hidden tabs" are immediately restored.
The issue I reported on 21Oct appears to have been resolved since the update to Edge Dev 108.0.1462.2. Multiple times, I've left the tabs minimized for over an hour and when restored all of the open tabs were showing.
