Dev channel update to 101.0.1198.0 is live

With the "Fixed an issue where Spellcheck sometimes doesn’t work" the spell checking is now totally broken for non-system languages, e.g. I run several German Win 10 machines and edge://settings/languages tells me "Spell check dictionary download failed" for all additional languages like English (United States), English (United Kingdom), Italian (Italy) and so on.
This started with v101.0.1198.0 on both Dev and Canary (still present in v101.0.1201.0).
Could the developers pls take a look at this, thanks.
We're already tracking an issue on Linux where dictionary download is failing, so thanks for letting us know this is also happening on Windows!
