I have also reported this through the "Submit Feedback" option, but the Windows Admin Center pages appear incomplete/broken when viewed in 100.0.1181.0.
It displays correctly from 99.0.1150.36.

Hi Josh,
It is still a problem in version 100.0.1189.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit).Here is a screenshot from canary:
It feels like maybe a CSS bug, as when I resize the screen I get different pieces of the UI coming into view that were previously hidden.
I've also verified with another coworker that they see the same issue with the latest dev and canary builds.

Typically, issues with webpages are bugs that we inherit from Chromium, and between this build and today's, there were a lot of Chromium changes that we pumped in, so it's possible it's fixed with that. If it's not, can you download Chromium's Canary and see if the same thing happens in it?
