Dev channel update to 100.0.1163.1 is live

* Fixed an issue where built-in themes don’t work and instead just display white.
Thank you! I have a purple theme installed and it was really bugging me that my vertical tabs had changed to white.
* Fixed an issue where the mini context menu sometimes prevents keyboard shortcuts from copying or cutting selected text.
Like rshupak, this still does not seem to work for me in any predictable manner. I've had to turn the mini-context-menu off again.
Thank you for fixing the rendering of Jira ticket pages (not mentioned in the changelist so perhaps that's only in Canary?)
p.s. The Discover panel and the "helpful" sidebar are awful, as far as I'm concerned, so I'm glad they can be disabled. They're both just clutter and noise.
