datalists not working properly when using 2 screens

After having problems with datalists for months, I just could nail down one particular special problem when using two screens with different scaling. I am using a Surface 7 with 200% scaling and an additional Screen with 100%.

First I thought datalists are not working again, but then I "found" it on wired positions (see screenshots).

ATM this is even a problem in the current live-version of edge.
