Custom Feed News

I want to move to Edge browser. I really like the news feed feature of it. However, I realize that even though I can customize the news and I can pick certain pre-defined websites I can't choose a custom website. Is there any way to add custom website? With RSS URL or something else? I'm asking that because there might be a solution for this with the help of additional tools.
