Ctrl(convert to special character) not working

I will leave you an inquiry about a bug that occurred while using edgebrowser.

The environment in use is as follows:

1. Edge browser ver. 102.0.1245.33

2. Windows10 ver.21H1 (OS build 19043. 1706)

The bug details are as follows:

Special character conversion using the Ctrl key does not work.

I've confirmed that the "Notepad.exe" Ctrl key can convert special characters.
