Could i have a little help about my WIFI

When I try to connect it says i have no internet, but it works perfectly fine and some apps don't work because it thinks i don't have internet but i do (spotify)

    I'm not skilled in linguistics and semantic issues. But You said what you was told by the message.
    You have Internet, but
    your Internet aka Wi-Fi link, is not secured.
    Those apps, you mentioned, should inform you more precisely what was the cause of not seeing the Internet. I'm not clairvoyant guy, sorry, as you presented contradictory questions.
    Try to find out the answer using old verified "step by step" method. Perhaps one of your apps will tell you more and correctly, what might focus your attention to the crux of your problem(s).
