Controlled Feature Roll-out across devices

When using controlled feature rollouts i think it needs to be released based on microsoft account rather than per-browser. 

It does cause some annoyances as i use edge dev across two devices, one of which has received vertical tabs and link format and the other hasn't. It would be more beneficial if all profiles signed into an account had the same features.

I don't know if this is possible but i hope it is something that could be considered.
