Continue where you where
whenever I close/reopen Edge, I click on the toolbar and reopen my closed tabs this the option on this menu
you can also use this feature to add all of your open tabs to a collection and reopen them later on any of your devices that are connected to your Microsoft account

We should have an option to continue where you were before you closed the Edge. All standard modern browsers have this...
- Maybe I'm not understanding what you're actually talking about, but isn't this what the setting at edge://settings/onStartup does? I mean, there's literally an entire settings page just for that one option.

And nobody said it's a solution or workaround,
I said it's what I do that helps me get back to my work where I left off and hoping it would help OP too.

the Collections/Set aside tabs feature does exactly that.
- Hotcakex: i understand that but i have a lot of pages open so when i want to save them all i have to go to collection and click add this page and that page for page but i want to just klick add this tab so all the pAges get saved
