Content and files in office.com not loading

You made me curious so, I, also, tried Office.com in all 3 Channels. ALL loaded fully & properly showing the docs. Is this a breakage? Hard to fix what's (maybe) not broken.

Due to lots of parameters such as the controlled feature roll out, everyone's experience on Edge insider browser is Not the same.
