Command line flags for some languages do not work

Hi there,

I was just recently using the dev version of edge and came across something odd. Whenever you would start your edge browser in another language (in my case it was Italian, Dutch (Netherlands) and Turkish) the UI and browser language would not change. With other languages you have that change. You can see pages in German or English as well as the browser.

Could someone maybe help me out with this?
