Can you recover any sites that you accidentally deleted in the collections. Thank you

you can do it. If you accidentally deleted something in Collections, disconnect your Internet quickly.
then install Edge canary/Dev on another computer. start syncing your data by singing in and you should see the untouched version of your Collections in that browser which is downloaded from the Cloud, Before your deletion action was synced to the cloud.
