Cleaning cookies by closing Edge block Edge sync

Cleaning cookies with "Clear browsing data on Close" block Edge Sync by next restart. Gaia cookies has status "cleared by exit". TokenService Load Status is successful but Edge gave an authorization error "invalid credentials (credentials rejected by client"

Strangely, this happen only in Edge stable on one Windows 10 installation
