Aug 18, 2020Chromium Edge doesn't recognize the role="alert" attribute to trigger windows Narrator.
With windows narrator, it works fine on Google Chrome when a error element with role="alert" becomes "aria-hidden="false"". However, it seems like it isn't working for Chromium edge.

2. Navigate to "Choose your account" window and select "User ID Sign Up" button
3. Input a few characters in the first field and then delete all.

Expected:
Narrator should announce the error message "This information is required.".
