Chrome Themes

 

Themes from Chrome Web Store not installing.

Says Themes and apps are not supported in Microsoft Edge upon clicking Add to Chrome.

Installed others chrome extentions with no troubles., just the themes do not install.

Hoping soon the themes will work.

So far other than the tacky orange look the new Edge rocks thanks!

    I agree the Edge UI is better than Chrome and having a special app store place for Edge add-ons and themes in the Windows Store would be great for Windows. But what about the multi-OS and open-source perspective? If Microsoft is getting back to making open software for Mac and Linux, then it should either rebrand its app store or build a new app store for MS open-source stuff. Another name like let's see how about Edge Store might work -- Let's be open-minded knowing Edge will not be just for Windows :)

        It works.  Here's me having just switched to Sea Foam and now switching to Just Black.

    gbm97, thanks for this feedback.  We are looking into themes and so I will let the owners know about the feedback from this thread.

    I don't think chrome themes will be available for Edge because Edge has a different (better) UI and toolbar. maybe Microsoft will make Edge specific themes and put them on Windows store.

      Well, that would be cool as well! But being able to change some themes is a must...give us some colour Microsoft!!
