Chrome Store Extensions Removed (After Update?)

I just noticed this today but an extension that I had downloaded previously from the Chrome Web Store, Web Activities so I can sync my browsing history to Timeline, disappeared today. I'm assuming it occurred due to the latest update to Edge that happened last week but I can't confirm that for certain.

Has anyone else encountered this issue too?

    I did not have that particular extension.  However, the ones I did have, I do still have.  None disappeared.

    And, my 2 cents, having to add something or do anything so the browser supports Timeline SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY!  Geeesh!

      Thanks, I'll have to keep an eye on these other extensions after the next update.

      I completely agree that it shouldn't be necessary to use that extension, but since the browser is still in fairly early preview, we have to expect some things will be coming later.
