Chinese (Traditional): Microsoft Edge: translation errors

Multiple translation errors and misinterpretations in the Chinese (Traditional) translation of Microsoft Edge.

• When using Web Capture (Command + Shift + S on macOS), the translation for "Free select" was incorrectly translated to "免費選取", with "免費" meaning "free of charge". It should be "自由選取", with "自由" meaning "freedom / unrestricted".

• In the macOS menu bar, "Tab" was incorrectly translated to "Tab 鍵", which means "Tab Key" (the key on the keyboard). It should be translated to "索引標籤".
• Also in the menu bar, under the "Tab" tab, "Pin Tab" was incorrectly translated to "Pin 碼索引標籤", with "Pin 碼" meaning "Pin Code". It should be translated to "釘選索引標籤" (which is the translation that appears when you right click on a tab).
