FWIW, I had this same problem today and found this thread. I actually force closed the app, cleared the cache (over 2GB!) and voila, the tabs showed correctly again, including the tabs from my PC. My personal issue was that Copilot was overtaking the interface. All I could see was the "ask a follow up" textbox.
