Can't redeem Microsoft Cashback

I am afraid we can not assist you with the Microsoft Rewards program on the Microsoft Tech Community, please do look at the Microsoft Rewards Program Support pages and they should be able to help you further.
I have already spent weeks with Microsoft Rewards Support. They are worse than useless. As I have already explained, they eventually closed my trouble report without ever solving the problem.
Your own response confirms to me that Microsoft has essentially abandoned the Microsoft Cashback feature and has no intention of paying the money promised.

I completely understand your frustration, particularly given the amount of time you’ve already spent trying to get this resolved.
I do want to clarify one point, though. My response wasn’t intended to suggest that Microsoft has abandoned Cashback. The Microsoft Tech Community team is separate from the Microsoft Rewards team, and we don’t have access to Rewards accounts, Cashback transactions or their support cases. That means there unfortunately isn’t anything we can investigate or resolve for you through this community.
Rather than leave your post unanswered, I wanted to point you towards the support channel responsible for Microsoft Rewards and Cashback issues, even though I appreciate that you’ve already had a frustrating experience with them.
I’m sorry we can’t provide a resolution here, but I don’t want our inability to assist to be interpreted as a statement about the status of the Cashback programme.
