can't reach this page

there is a thing bothering me for a long time that webpages can't be reached frequently, if i turn on/off this function, webpages can be opened. But the problem will be appeared after a while, then i have to redo the operation above. again and again, everyday. other apps connect the internet normally

the current version: 110.0.1587.49 (Official build) (64-bit)

this never happened in my home wifi, but in office. so something wrong in my office wifi settings?
