Cannot translate the whole webpage or PDF opened in edge from foreign language to English

Dear Microsoft & Microsoft edge insiders

 

There's no translate option in my web address to translate the whole document or PDF like I used to be able to. When I right click the PDF or webpage, the "translate to English" option is greyed out and then on the address bar there's no Microsoft translator logo either to click to.

 

My edge is the latest version ( 88.0.705.81 (Official build) (64-bit) so I wonder what's wrong with it as I'm pretty sure that I used to be able to do that few months ago in November 2020.

    you can use the feedback button on Edge to file this.
    press Edge's (...) menu button => Help and feedback => Send feedback
