Canary Edge & Widget articles
Starting I think with Canary Edge .2809, if you click an article from the
Widget it opens MS Start in a New Tab, not the article itself.
I realized there was an update to .2810 and it's still behaving the same.

- Finally in build .2819 this issue is fixed!!!!
Build .2817 and this is still broken. Widget articles open MS Start in a new window and then you have to search to find the article if you're lucky.
Just realized that the behavior has changed.
Now a Widget article opens MSN!!!!
OK also just discovered that this is not just opening something from the Widget.
I was in Teams, had posted a forum link and when I went to open
the link it opened MSN in a new window and not the link!!!!
Same here today using Canary Edge in Canary build 27695
- Confirmed same result with Canary Edge. Works properly in Beta Edge.
