Canary, "Always Open Favorites in a New Tab"

Always open Favorites in a New Tab is totally gone now from Canary Version 130.0.2796.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) and has been for the last couple of updates.  Even using the string "--enable-features=msFavoritesOpenInNewTabSetting" no longer adds the feature and no longer shows in the right click menu.  
Anyone else find this feature gone?

Why take this feature completely away?
